Ukraine, Rivne region, on May 17.
Am I correct in thinking that the photo shows Psilota sp. ? Is it possible to determine the species ?

I was lucky enough to see them a second time. Last year, I saw a female that was probably looking for a nesting place in a pine stump:

It looks like it could be P. atracina, but couldn't it be Psilota atra?
