I believe a male because the A1+CuA vain ending in the wing margin?

I was unsure about the preapical sate, could this be 2 dorsal sate on the mid tibia? meta-tarsus half as long as the mid tibia, uniformly brownish wing = L. nerana / strobli?

Too blurry to be certain of the leg chaetotaxy. It could just as well be a dark L. lutes, which is by far more common than the species you mentioned.
