Tephritis, in winter.Which species please ?<Tephritis vespertina

is it possible to know the species of this fly found (the 26 01 2023) in my garden ?
Locality : Luçon west of France (near La Rochelle).
Body length : 4 mm.
It is possible to take more pictures if you need to.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
