Hello,
I found this black and hairy fly in North of France in Villeneuve-d'Ascq the 30 May 2022. It was in a wooded area with ponds.
On LMDI site, after discussion, it is the genus Dufouria in Tachinidae family that appeared likely, and the species D. chalybeata was considered. But all this being without certainty, I would like to have your opinion on both the genus of this insect and possibly on the species (if, however, my photos allow it).
Thanks in advance,
Best regards,
Dominique
