Hello, An Opomyzidae found in North of France, at Clairmarais, the 11 June 2022, in a swampy area with grazing cattles nearby I think it is a female Opomyza germinationis but I have a doubt with Opomyza petrei (sadly the proepisternum is blocked by the leg  )

I'm also inclined to go for Opomyza germinationis, but it's difficult to be sure, based on these pictures.
