Black and white Tipulidae

Hi,

For a guy who has some connection problems I present this pair of Tipulidae from the Philippines, photographed in May 2015.
It looks like Ctenophora but of a species unknown in Europe.

Similar to Pselliophora suspirans hilaris (Bezzi, 1916). I have not seen a modern key to the genus.
