Pity we can’t assess the colour of stigma properly. it looks yellow in first pic. altitude would suggest Rh. cingulatus.

I'm sorry, I did not collect it. To me the stigma also looks yellow. Can it be confused by any other rhagio on this altitude? , R rondanii for example?

No, rondanii has very dark wing and in male dichoptic eyes. Check the gallery here. Cungulatus should be OK.
