I found it in Cotonou, Benin. 2022/09/18.

Or a Celyphidae?

Naupoda sp. (Scholastinae).
Neither comprehensive revisions nor keys to known species. Sorry.
Perhaps Andy Whittington can recognize the species.

I agree with Val, this appears to be Naupoda. As far as I can tell from the photograph, this is not a species known to science, but that would need to be verified by examination of specimens.
