Thank you! Would you say it is safe enough to register as C. puberula? I know these Carcelia species are difficult.

Yes, I am pretty sure and if there is no counter argument (such as puberula not being Norwegian), if should be fine.

Thank you! Well it is not on the 2017 checklist from Haraldseide, but Morten has it from 2020 at least https://diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=5&thread_id=98296
And I had one from earlier this year that you mentioned that it looks like puberula: https://diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=5&thread_id=106133. So it should indeed be here TumbsUp
