Hi, I photographed this tachinid on July 26, 2022 in Scharnstein, southern Upper Austria.
Please help me with the ID

Don't know why I can't post an image. File size and file name are corresponding to the rules. Whenever I try to add an attachment, it just disappears when I preview the post...

Hello Eckart, IIRC there was something wrong with the preview. What happens if you post it without preview?
Greetings, Eric Kloeckner

Thank you, Theo. Really don't know what happened the other day. I did not change anything with the photo, but two days later it worked...

Best, Eckhart
