Could this be Eudasyphora?

Hi

This mettalic blue fly was shot in April 2007 in Palam?s, Girona (NE Spain). Could this be Eudasyphora?

Not Eudasyphora. I think it's a male Hydrotaea (Muscidae).

I think Hydrotaea as well. Maybe Stephane or Nikita can come up with a group or a species.

My opinion is Hydrotaea ignava, but without 100% guarantee.
