Hello,
I think this fly has fungal cells on its abdomen?
Is it possible to determine the fly nevertheless?
August 11, forest path near Furth im Wald, Bavaria, Germany

Regards
Ingrid

Best wishes, Niels-Jan Dek

Some flies preserved in ethanol and then pinned often get the eyes sunken, how can this be avoided? Best answer: I usually keep alcohol-collected material in alcohol
