Parasitic Nematodes in Diptera

Hi!

Yesterday I made an interesting discovery which involves parasitic Nematodes in diptera and their effects on the host. Sorry, I cannot tell you much details yetSmile But I wonder if you know who could tell me a bit more about the life of these worms? Do you know about any specialists in this field? Or any books covering more than the very basics? Could someone perhaps identify these nematodes to family level or better?

I get no further than having noticed the odd nematode in a midge in alcohol. Sorry.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
