Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, walking path along the rivulet Düpenau, bushes like Rubus, Corylus, Acer, Salix and other, at a leaf of Ligustrum sp., 7th of May 2022. Photos: kuv (pardon because of my second pic awkward).
Checking the Diptera Gallery I found only the male of D. popularis with that black feet at the second leg. Is my idea ok? Please help to get the ID.
