Ukraine, Rivne region, on July 31.
Is it possible to determine the species from these photos?

Hi Victor, I don't think it's a Cheilosia - these use to have a "big nose". It's perhaps a Pipiza sp. or resembling.
Greetings, Eric

Hi, Eric !
I focused on the color of the tendrils - I did not see yellow and orange in other genera. Maybe the "nose" is not visible from the angle of the pictures ...

I would definitely say this one belongs to Cheilosia. But I do not recognise the species.
