A tiny and stout fly, what family?-->Lonchaeidae

Picture taken yesterday near the river in my neighborhood (East China: Zhejiang province). I had only this lateral shot. It looks tiny yet stout, estimated body length 3mm. What family could it possibly belong to? Many thanks in advance!
