I think you're right, I have not seen where the directed hair that is located by the eyes.

I would also guess Neoitamus from what I can see of the ovipostor and the overall gestalt.

Neoitamus related to the group around dasymallus, but hard to say with this angle and the sharp light on the facial gibbosity.
