Hello,
fly found in the detritus of the garden.
Locality : Luçon, middle west of France.
Body length : 4,8 mm.Wings length : 5 mm.

Is it possible to go further ?

Christian, it is neither Hydrotaea nor Azeliini.
I suspect Limnophora, check hairs on the node R4-5
