Ukraine, Rivne region, on August 15.
Is it true that I think that in the photos Sciara sp. ? Is it possible to recognize the species?

Hi, Sciara is correct and it's probably S. analis or S. hemerobioides.

Both belong to the hemerobioides group and can safely only be determined by examination of the genitals. I suggest to name it S. hemerobioides gr. to be safe.
