Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Neu-Lankau near Mölln, walking path at the edge of a mixed forest, on my arm while I searched insects in bushes, 3,7 mm; "Studio"photos (in a plastic box): kuv, 28th of July 2021. Please help to get the ID.

End of July is perfectly fine for cervi and Holstein sounds like cervi..
i would need sharper pictures with better light to make the call

Thank's Theo - as I took only these pictures from that "nasty" insect - I 'll rename it to Lipoptena sp.
