Its is can be from genus Homoneura of famliy Lauxaniidae ?

If it is Homoneura it will have the two pairs of strong reclinate fronto-orbital bristles typical of Lauxaniidae and strong spinules on the costa continuing to R4+5 (ending near R2+3 in most genera of the family). But Homoneura is not known from the Neotropical region.
