Hi,

i have photographed this fly on the bark of a planted pine in botanical garden from Cluj-Napoca (Transylvania). taken in 23 november 2007.

size somewhere like 7mm.

i think this is a muscid, and from Muscina genus. is true? something more can be squeezed?

Yes, Muscina. Antennae, palpi, legs and basicosta are black, which indicates M. levida.
