Paul: fly is rather small and it isn't easy to get good image. I think you are right about Chloropidae - wings fit OK. Frons shining, no setae on head and thorax (no oc, poc, ivt, ovt) only fine frontals.
I found a brash where there are several this flies of both sex (so 1-st one another species)
