Is it possible to ID this?
My suggestion Phaonia incana.
Black legs, arista hairs longer than ant. seg3.
tibia3 only one bristle posterodorsal.
Location: North-Norway - Harstad - Fauskevåg store
Habitat: Near the sea. - Date: 15.08.2021

Hi Rune, I'm quite sure you are right! (+ prealar much longer than posterior notopleural, female frontal vitta broad and black, no interfrontals)
