Is this the male of Parapiophila vulgaris?

I found this fly in copula with a slighltly larger female, which had black scutellum, unlike the male.

A copula between the presumed male and female. Note that there were a lot of Piophilids on the cow dung, and I am not absoultely sure if only one species was represented.
