Cecidomyiidae. Stefaniella ?

Do you think this Cecidomyiidae could be genus Stefaniella, because i found it in the south of France but far away from sea ?

It belongs to tribe Lasiopterini or Alycaulini, including Stefaniella, Ozirhincus, and many more genera.
