Hi
Is it possible to say for sure this male is Tephritis bardanae? Or some other Tephritis? I can check its genitalia if someone can show me or tell me where to find drawings/photo/description. From south of Norway 09.09.2021

looks Tephritis hyoscyami L. 1758. On Carduus spp.
No need for dissection of genitalia.
