 This specimen was found on August 2nd on the Greek island of Samos. It looks like a member of the Ceratopogonidae family, but is it possible to reach genus or species level? Any help with the identification is highly appreciated.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
