ID Muscidae or Anthomyiidae (bubble blowing)?

I took pictures of this (bubble blowing) fly 9 June 2021, SE part of the Netherlands, on a pedunculate oak tree.
Is it possible to ID this fly, at least on genus level? Thanks for your help.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
