Hi,

I have photographed this small fly (4-5mm long) yesterday on a mushroom in a deciduous forest (20km West of Paris).
For once upper wings are clearly visible. Any idea of the genus or species?
Thanks for help,

Nope I have no idea which genus it is, sorry. Looked through your Diptera Gallery in "The World of Insects" and one of your "Unknown Diptera" is a member of the Muscidae Family " Schoenomyza litorella" ...
