Nightly Muscids: all Phaonia?

Hello!

There were several Muscidae resting tonight at our house (Ostwestfalen/Germany) at 3 ?C. Are they all Phaonia, and if so, can perhaps be said more? The male on the first picture (8-10 mm) has conspicuous dark spots on its wings. Maybe P. fuscata?
