I photographed one today but saw this fly also several weeks ago. Though the antennae recall Keroplatidae, wing venation is Mycetophilidae. My successful search led to the monotypic genus Megophthalmidia (https://www.natur...assicornis). M. crassicornis is said to be unmistakeable.
