Hello, Can this ...phasia sp. be identified? Data: Germany, Lower Saxony, Hanover, 60 m, Hermann-Löns-Park, 3 August 2021. I'm confused, because in your gallery the species Ectophasia crassipennis (male) seems to have very differently colored wings, see here: - https://diptera.info/photogallery.php?photo_id=251 - https://diptera.info/photogallery.php?photo_id=1354 Is this really correct? Hello Tina, it is a male Ectophasia crassipennis. The wing colouration is very variable. Best regards, Jürgen -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Juergen Peters Borgholzhausen, Germany WWW: http://insektenfo... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= |
