tiny dark Limoniid in mid-summer

Hi, initially I suspected Trichoceridae, but the wing pattern doesn't match.
So I am putting my money now on Dicranomyia morio - does this seem like a good bet?

Vienna, late July in a backyard garden. Length about 4mm

The images of D. morio in the Catalogue of the Craneflies of the World fit quite well!
