Hello! Could you help me with this Hybomitra spec. from a marsh area at 1300m near Sankt Alt Johann in the swiss pre-alps? Date: 03.07.2021. Thanks!

It is really not that difficult, read the FAQ.
ait is policy not to link to other websites for pictures and for good reason. If something changes at pbservation, nobody can inderstand this post any more.
