I think Drosophila nigrosparsa. This species is known e. g. from many localities in the Alps, also from Crna Gora (Durmitor). No record from Slovenia. Montane to subalpine species, occassionally in lower altitudes. Has it been kept? A better view of antenna should make the determition more safe. Which is the correct locality?

The fly was found near the town of Celje (subalpine area, alt.: 250 m), on the edge of the forest by a stream.
