It looks most like Phasia obesa, but I have my doubts about the deflection of m. In all the photos I've viewed it's more rounded. Is it this species though?
2024.07.01, northern Poland.

Phasia obesa is correct, I think. The deflection depends sometimes on the view - see the difference between left (more rounded) and left (angled) wing in your image.
