I need to see the scutellum (shining?). If nothing uncommon, then Xanthomyia (=Paracarphotricha) alpestris Pokorny, apparently a root gallformer on Erigeron or Aster in subnival or alpine meadow zone Val |

It is. The species is rare in Alps, but is common in Tien Shan and Mongolian mountains. A glacial relic. I am curious about genetic distances between Central Asian and European populations.
