You can see that Sc vien turn almost 90degr. before reaching costa - it means Tephritidae

looks like Chetostoma curvinerve to me. it should have a row of obvious long bristles on both sides of the face. i had this one also a few weeks ago. larvae live probably in Lonicera. |

Yep. Chetostoma curvinerve (Rondani), whose larvae live in sawfly galls on Lonicera.
