Please can anyone help with a positive ID of the fly here?
I believe it is Rhagionidae but I'm a beginner!

Taken 28/6/16 in a hedgerow at the bottom of my garden on the western borders of Essex, UK.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
