Hallo

Bavaria, 8.August
These 1-1,5cm long Asilidae was in our garden at the house wall.
Thats Nemochtherus geniculatus, right?

Too much black on tibia end too much red on femora. Tolmerus cf atricapillus. A lateral view would be nice.

Please keep the cf. for it is a female and they are hard to determine. It could also be Tolmerus micans of which is little known.
