Thread subject: Diptera.info :: is this even a Diptera larva? -> Phronia (Mycetophilidae)

Not sure what to make out of it, but Diptera would be my first guess. Found under a rotting log, in central Germany, late March

Hi Lorin, I think it is! And it looks very much like Phronia conformis:

I might leave it at genus level, as I doubt enough is known about how the different species differ in their larval stages.
