Hi,
I have photographed this fly on the surface of a forest pond, 20km West of Paris. About 6-7mm long.
I think it belongs to the family Psychodidae but it is possible to go to the genus and/or species?

Psychodidae is OK, tribus Pericomini (or Pericomaini) is the next step, but more is not possible with this picture.
