date: 6 June 2019; location: in Hamburg, Germany, in my garden which is close to a park area with trees and a pond;
a female of Calobata petronella?

A tricky one Volker.
For Calobata petronella one would expect to see brown humeri. A vague suggestion of that in the top picture but not in the third one.
The ovipositor shape could be a bit of a clue, in C. petronella it starts bulbous then narrows. I'm more inclined towards Neria cibaria where the ovipositor is black with a kink.
