Family Sphaeroceridae! Please look at the typical shortened first tarsomere of the hind leg and the reduced chaetotaxy.

Hi Guenael,
And only one species has the white frontal tarsae;
Sphaerocera monilis Haliday, 1836. Judging by the tip of the abdomen, its a male.
