Hello,

I photographed this fly near the Monte Vettore (AP), Italy, 2100m asl on August 5th 2019. I think it's member of the genus Ogcodes, but is it possible to identify the species from these photos?

Thank you in advance,
Emanuele

Thank you very much Theo!

Hilltopping ?

The path where I found them was near the top of the mount, but I'm not sure whether they were actually hilltopping or not.
