Thanks Paul. This points again to Orfelia, doesn't it?
These are the Orfelia species listed in Fauna Europaea (in green those listed for Switzerland):

Orfelia bezzii (Strobl, 1910)
Orfelia bicolor (Macquart, 1826)
Orfelia discoloria (Meigen, 1818)
Orfelia excelsa Chandler, 1994
Orfelia falcata Zaitzev, 1994
Orfelia fasciata (Meigen, 1804)
Orfelia gruevi Bechev, 2002
Orfelia minima (Giglio-Tos, 1890)
Orfelia nemoralis (Meigen, 1818)
Orfelia nigricornis (Fabricius, 1805)
Orfelia pallida (Stæger, 1840)
Orfelia persimilis Caspers, 1991
Orfelia tristis (Lundstrom, 1911)
Orfelia unicolor (Stæger, 1840)

nemoralis, nigricornis, and tristis are largely black on the head, thorax, and abdomen and can therefore be discarded, as can discoloria that does not have a preapical band on the wing (or at most a pale one). I am preparing the genitalia and will post the image soon.
