These and the Campsicnemus in your next message and certainly conspecific. Eye color depends in many factors (amount of flash, direction etc. and is usually not a good character).

At first I tought these would belong to C. loripes, but while it can be pretty dark I haven't seen any really black-legged specimens. Also the face color isn't right (again, flash may change this). If you'll visit the site again, collect some of these flies, please :p
