With the chin, hairy eyes, and m-cu almost in line with the distal section of M it looks like Ernestiini. Linnaemya?

Yes Linnaemyia.
The tibiae looks dark in most pictures, but red in the last.So I am a little confused.

Most likely, given locality, L. soror.
