Hello!
Is it possible to give this fly from yesterday (11.10.2020) from Leipzig (Saxony/Germany) a name?
Best regards,
Maik

I think it's belongs to the Platypezidae - but I'm not an expert.

I've never heard of Platypezidae before.
Thank you very much for the help.

The wing venation and pattern on the thorax and abdomen match the diagrams of female Lindneromyia dorsalis in Chandler, 2001, The Flat-footed Flies (Diptera: Opetiidae and Platypezidae) of Europe
